On December 12, the BNM team traded our usual electromechanical solution discussions for an afternoon of volunteering at the Northern Illinois Foodbank in Lake Forest, IL. We rolled up our sleeves and tackled a spud-tacular task—sorting and bagging potatoes! It was a blast stepping away from business as normal for a few hours to help tackle hunger in our community. The entire BNM team was proud to contribute to 9,425 lbs of potatoes packed…which helped provide 7,854 meals throughout northern Illinois!
Giving back is a core part of who we are, and this experience reminded us how small efforts can make a big impact. Huge thanks to the Northern Illinois Food Bank for letting us join their amazing mission. We’ll definitely be back!
